Sarala Women welfare Society, a not-for-profit organization of 17 years, is planning to open a chain of NEW TYPES of old-age homes.
Myhome will operate in the theme of community living a) come and adopt other boarders as your brothers and sisters – take care of them and receive care from them; b) if you feel like, then get involved in running Myhome activities for a fee; c) earn part or all of your monthly fees by several other means.
Myhome, run by a not-for-profit company, is offering lower than market rate for similar facilities. Also, for a short time, offering a 33% early bird discount. Compare and take advantage of this opportunity.

- নতুন ভাই, বোন সম্পর্ক গঠন: ক) আপনার পছন্দমতো দুজন মহিলা বাসিন্দাকে পুরোহিত ডেকে, পুজো করে, সই পাতান। খ) আপনার পছন্দমতো দুজন পুরুষ বাসিন্দাকে পুরোহিত ডেকে, পুজো করে, ভাইফোঁটা দিন। এই ভাই বোনেদের দেখাশোনা করুন, এরা আপনাকে বোনের মতো দেখাশোনা করুক।
- অল্প কিছুদিনের জন্য সিকিউরিটি ডিপোজিট 33% কম। আরেকজন বাসিন্দাকে আনলে আপনাকে এক মাসের থাকা খাওয়ার খরচ দিতে হবেনা।
- মাসিক খরচের কিছুটা কিংবা সবটাই উপায় করতে পারেন। মাই হোম, বাসিন্দেরদের মধ্যে থেকেই ম্যানেজার, ডাক্তার, নার্স, রান্নাঘরের তদারক ইত্যাদি নিয়োগ করার চেষ্টা করবে। অনেক, অনেক রকমের উপার্জনের ব্যবস্থা করা যেতে পারে।
- মজার কিছু করা: ক) বাসিন্দার দল করে সিনেমা, থিয়েটার, মিউজিয়াম, দক্ষিনেশ্বর, বেলুড়, মায়াপুর বেড়াবার ব্যবস্থা করুন। খ) ট্রাভেল এজেন্টদের সঙ্গে ব্যবস্থা করে বাসিন্দার দল নিয়ে দূরে (দার্জিলিং, মায়াপুর, দিল্লী, আগ্রা, রাজস্থান, আন্দামান, দক্ষিণ ভারত, থাইল্যান্ড, মানস সরোবর) বেড়াতে যান। গ) বাসিন্দাদের নিয়ে কোরাস, ক্যারেওকি, কৃতন করার দল করুন।
- ফোন করে (৭০ ৪৪৪৭ ৯৭৪৫), একদিনের জন্য দেখতে আসুন | আপনার খাওয়া ফ্রি। 33% মূল্য ছাড় পাওয়ার জন্য, ভর্তির দরখাস্ত করে সিকিউরিটি ডিপোজিট জমা দিন।

33% Discount on security deposit to first 10 boarder.
One month’s charges are free for bringing in a new boarder. Bring in 12 new boarders and you don’t have to pay monthly charges for a whole year.
Monthly charges would be paid within 7th of every month. Additional charges accrue for late payment.
- Security deposits are non-interest bearing.
- Refundable security deposits will be refunded within six months of exit.
- 60% of the security deposit would be refunded if the boarder exits within one year.
- 80% of the security deposit would be refunded if the boarder exits within 3 years.
- 100% of the security deposit would be refunded for longer stay.
- Depleted security deposit (hospitalization, breakage, etc.) must be replenished fully within one month. Additional charges accrue for being late.
- Every financial year the fees will increase by 10%
- Boarder can opt for either Refundable or Non-refundable security deposit.
All these fees may be readjusted at the sole discretion of Myhome administration.

Mr. Pranab Rakshit is the Managing director of Sarala Women Welfare Society and Reserve Bank of India licensed Sarala Development and Microfinance Institution. He does not receive any remuneration from the Myhome project.
